In the foreground the Saints Benedict Bernardus of Clairvaux and Helena are kneeling. On the right side we see the abbess Joanna Colibrant the presumptive commissioner and a fellow sister who together worship the Child. Surrounded by gray wolds and winged angel heads, God the Father appears as an old balding man. In a glow of light, a white dove flies the Holy Spirit in the middle of the painting. This painting is a masterpiece of composition and colorite. This work comes from the disappeared abbey church of Florival.
